The challenge
Patients searching for the clinic's specialities in its own neighbourhood found competitors and aggregator platforms instead. The clinic had no website — only an unclaimed map listing with outdated timings. New patients arrived confused about which doctor to see, and the front desk spent hours every day answering the same questions on the phone.
Our solution
We designed the site around the two things patients actually look for: which doctor should I see, and how do I book. Every doctor got a profile page with qualifications, specialities, consultation days, and fees. A simple appointment-request form routes directly to the front desk, with the phone number always one tap away for patients who prefer to call.
Speciality pages were written in plain language around real patient searches, with FAQ schema so Google can surface answers directly. The Google Business Profile was claimed and rebuilt with correct timings, services, and photos, and the site was launched with clean technical SEO — fast loads on budget phones, structured data, and location pages for the neighbourhoods the clinic serves.
